TBB Solutions:(1) TBB changed steel cage to nylon cage: A) Light nylon cage helps improve bearing flexibility B) Nylon cage helps minimize noise generated during usage C) The contact friction between nylon cage & steel balls is much lower than metal cage, which helps extend bearing lifetime.
(2) Consideration of grease & seals: TBB paid attention to the material choice of grease & seals, in consideration of working temp & industry application.
Sample Test: 11 months, 3 times sampling,after 3 bench tests all TBB samples were in good condition, sample test approved.
Final result： From January 2015 TBB started clutch supply to IVECO,yearly order amount is about USD 1,200,000

Sample Test: 18 months,2 times samples submition,2 times bench test, test is finishedafter certain time, TBB samples were in good condition, samples are homologated.
